A manager enables people to succeed
Being a manager is an especially sociable profession, in which you guide your team forward by helping them succeed. In addition to expertise, it requires good self-knowledge, awareness, and perception skills. To be able to lead others, you must be able to lead yourself.
According to a global 2019 study by Gallup, only 15 % of employees experience commitment to their organization’s goals. Up to 70 % of the employee experience regarding their role and significance in the organization is affected by the actions of managers.
This experience of importance and commitment can be achieved only by showing genuine interest and consideration to diversity. A manager who thinks like a boss, generalizes, but a manager who thinks like a coach, individualizes.
The role of managers almost always includes daily leadership, but as coaches we often see how no one takes care that these skills are taught and learnt. No one is a natural manager any more than a natural doctor. Each profession – and that’s what being a manager is – requires specific skills, internalizing the role and processes, and practical self-reflection about your actions.
Our Realized® Leadership for Managers training provides you with all the necessary knowledge and methods of daily leadership of different people. You will perceive the importance of appreciating diversity and learn how to enable subordinates to boost their efficiency by best utilizing their strengths.
In Realized® Leadership training, you will learn strong interaction skills and methods to give feedback. You will learn a leadership style that relies on coaching techniques, in which you spar with your subordinates, clear obstacles, and enable their success.
